How do I get my pictures?

I deliver all galleries electronically via an online folder so that you have unlimited access & choice of what you share and/or print. If you would like to receive your photos via an alternative method, contact me when you book your shoot.

Do I get all of the photos? Are they edited?

You will get many, but you won’t receive everything. You don’t need the test shots or something out of focus. When you hire a photographer, you are also hiring their skill! Trust me, you’ll get every image worth having, and it’ll be edited naturally (color corrections, exposure adjustments, etc). I do not deliver RAW/un-edited photos.

Can I share my photos online and/or print them?

Of course! When it comes to printing, your big businesses are not necessarily printing in the highest quality or best calibration. When it comes to professional photography, I recommend a professional printing lab, locally I trust Scott’s Photo by Rowe with all of my photography needs. When sharing them online, all I ask is you link/tag me in it!

When will I receive my photos?

My turnaround time depends on what type of shoot we are doing. Maximum of six weeks, minimum of two. I’ll give you specifics once we book your shoot.

What is your photography style?

Depends on the setting. Fashion and modeling, I love artistry and dramatics. Senior photos, it’s all about you and whatever you’re comfortable with. Family photos and couples, it’s all about the dynamics and keeping it natural. Check my portfolio to see if I’m the right photographer for you.

What is “Helianthus Visions”?

Simply put, Helianthus is the scientific name for a sunflower, and I love science, language, and sunflowers. Visions is a word to describe, not only sight, but thought with imagination. With this I created my logo which is a sunflower with an aperture pistil.
